National seminar ‘New psychoactive substances: methods for analysis of markets and new trends’

The meeting was organised by the EMCDDA in close cooperation with the Institute of Public Health of Albania. The main purpose of this seminar was to inform national participants on the role of new psychoactive substances in Europe, the monitoring and control challenges, and to share best practices and available solutions, with an overall objective to enhance exchange of information on NPS in Albania. More than 20 participants attended this two-day meeting.
